Shipping policy

Items, unless otherwise noted in their product description typically ship 5-7 business days after your order is placed. NOTE  - Your items are created especially for you - reducing waste and ensuring the highest quality. We appreciate your patience as shipping times may be extended during peak times. 

Custom &  Personalized items can require additional processing time as indicated in their product description. 

Items are shipped using USPS, UPS, or DHL . The carrier is selected based on what is best for the area the order is shipping to. Items might ship separately. All shipments will include detailed tracking emailed to the email address on file that is associated with the order. 

We are not responsible for an item once it is released to the carrier.

Shipping times may be extended during peak times such as holidays.  

Once your item has shipped you will receive a tracking number.
